Vollzeitbeschäftigung zu den handelsüblichen Öffnungszeiten (Wintersaison auch Sonntag).

Als Sportler:in verbringst du deine Freizeit am liebsten aktiv, kommst leicht mit Menschen ins Gespräch und hast ein Auge fur Mode und Funktionalität? WE LOVE WHAT WE DO - Wir setzen auf Menschen, die beruflich sowie privat mit viel Herzblut und Leidenschaft bei der Sache sind!

Was dich ausmacht:

* Du bist sportbegeistert und hast Spaß an Kundenkontakt, Beratung und Verkauf

* Teamorientierung ist für dich kein bloßes Wort - du bist Teamplayer durch und durch

* Neues zu lernen motiviert dich und du gibst Wissen gerne aktiv weiter

* Es fällt dir leicht, auf Menschen zuzugehen, und du packst auch gerne mit an

* Manchmal bist du selbst dein bester Kunde - du hast eine Schwäche für Sportartikel und probierst die neuesten Trends am liebsten gleich selbst aus

* Idealerweise hast du eine kaufmännische Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung im Handel - wir freuen uns aber auch über Quereinsteiger

Deine neue Aufgabe:

* Beratung & Verkauf: Durch kompetente Beratung sorgst du für die bestmögliche Ausstattung unserer Kund:innen und machst sie so zu Stammkunden. Darüber hinaus verantwortest du die Warenpräsentation und bist für ein ansprechendes Erscheinungsbild in deiner Sportwelt zuständig

* Verantwortung: Du hast die Verantwortung für deine Sportwelt und analysierst gemeinsam mit dem Storemanager deine relevanten Kennzahlen und leitest Maßnahmen ab

* Führung & Ausbildung: Du bist das Vorbild für deine Mitarbeitenden. Somit sind die fachliche Führung und die laufende (Weiter-)Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden in deinem Team inkl. Ausbildung unserer Young Talents (Lehrlinge) für dich selbstverständlich

* Anpacken: Bei uns helfen alle mit - vom Store Manager bis zum Lehrling: aktive Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft, Beratung und Verkauf
