Arbeitszeit

Wir haben eine 6-Tage-Woche, und die reine durchschnittliche Wochenarbeitszeit beträgt 48 Stunden. Sollte es über Weihnachten und Neujahr nicht möglich sein, einen Wochenruhetag zu geben, wird dieser vor- oder nachgegeben und für eine eventuelle längere Arbeitszeit erfolgt der Stundenausgleich während der Saison.

Frei Unterkunft und Verpflegung

Aufgaben- & Verantwortungsbereich

Ihnen stehen zwei Abwaschstraßen, moderne Hilfsmittel und Maschinen zur Verfügung und Ihr Aufgabenbereich umfasst folgende Arbeiten.

ABWASCH

* Schwarz- und Weißgeschirr

* Spülmaschine und Umgebung sauber halten

* Täglich Bodenschlürfen und Bodenputzen im Office, Kellergänge, Mitarbeiter Essraum

* Reinigung des Küchenboden täglich 2x nach Mittags- und Abendservice

* Reinigung der Kühlhäuser, Magazine und anderen Kellerräumlichkeiten nach Bedarf

* Kupfer reinigen und polieren (Clochen, Shafingdishes, Saucieren etc.)

* Silber reinigen und polieren (Platten, Saucieren etc.)

* Verantwortlich für den einwandfreien Zustand des Küchen-Silbers und -Kupfers

* Gläser und Besteck polieren
