Vous reprenez une partie du portefeuille client existant et vous le faites grandir. Vous écoutez un directeur d'hôtel inquiet pour son réseau ou un responsable de maison de repos qui cherche une solution fiable, et vous lui proposez la bonne réponse plutôt qu'un discours commercial générique. Vous suivez vos projets jusqu'à la mise en service, avec une équipe technique derrière vous qui livre ce que vous vendez.

  • Vous prenez du plaisir à voir un projet se déployer concrètement, pas seulement à signer un contrat.
  • Vous êtes curieux, vous n'avez pas besoin de tout savoir le premier jour, on vous embarque et on vous fait monter en compétence avec nous.

Votre profil

Nous recherchons un profil Médior, avec 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en support réseau ou chez un intégrateur. Vous êtes rigoureux, autonome et doté d'un excellent sens du service client.

  • Vous maîtrisez TCP/IP, les VLAN, le DHCP, et savez mener un diagnostic réseau de façon méthodique.
  • Vous savez configurer un switch, un routeur ou un point d'accès.
  • Vous avez des notions de téléphonie IP (VoIP, SIP). Une expérience avec Ruckus, Innovaphone ou Fortinet est un atout majeur.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise au bureau (environ 60% du temps) comme sur le terrain (environ 40% du temps, déplacements dans toute la Belgique).
  • Vous parlez couramment français et lisez l'anglais technique. La connaissance du néerlandais est fortement appréciée.
  • Vous êtes titulaire du permis B.
