Wil jij bijdragen aan de groei en innovatie van House of Redmore? Als Acceleration Officer bij House of Redmore ben jij de versneller die strategische initiatieven omzet in concrete resultaten. Je werkt op het snijvlak van strategie, AI, digital acceleration en business development en helpt onze boutiques, klanten en teams slimmer, sneller en effectiever te opereren. Samen met het leadership team realiseer je impactvolle verbeteringen die direct bijdragen aan duurzame groei. De uitdaging In deze rol help je strategische initiatieven versnellen die anders blijven liggen. Je werkt samen met directieleden, boutique directors, IT-specialisten en andere stakeholders om kansen op het gebied van digitalisering en commerciële groei om te zetten in concrete resultaten. Je schakelt continu tussen strategie en uitvoering: van het ontwikkelen van nieuwe proposities tot het analyseren van groeikansen en het begeleiden van AI initiatieven. Daarbij verbind je mensen, ideeën en expertise over één of meerdere boutiques heen en zorg je ervoor dat plannen daadwerkelijk worden gerealiseerd. Deze functie is ideaal voor iemand die energie krijgt van complexe vraagstukken, snel kan schakelen en graag tastbare impact maakt binnen een ambitieuze organisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met de CAO, de managing board, boutique directors en collega's van diverse afdelingen. In korte tijd ontwikkel je je tot een consultant die strategie, met name AI en digital acceleration, vertaalt naar concrete actie, tastbare resultaten en blijvende impact. Anders dan bij traditionele consultancyorganisaties werk je niet alleen aan adviezen, maar draag je ook verantwoordelijkheid voor de uitvoering.
