Jouw rol binnen onze organisatie Je maakt deel uit van het team Acceptatie: een hecht en deskundig team dat dagelijks werkt aan het beoordelen en beheren van particuliere en zakelijke risico's. Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen adviseurs en onze organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat aanvragen zorgvuldig worden beoordeeld en adviseurs snel duidelijkheid krijgen. Je: - Onderhoudt intensief contact met adviseurs - Beoordeelt, offreert en accepteert particuliere schadeverzekeringen - Denkt mee over passende oplossingen voor klanten van adviseurs - Verwerkt mutaties in systemen zoals ANVA - Signaleert knelpunten en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen in processen en producten - Draagt bij aan de verdere professionalisering van het team en onze dienstverlening Je krijgt veel ruimte om zelfstandig te werken, maar je staat er nooit alleen voor. Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een soepel acceptatieproces en tevreden adviseurs. Wat jij meebrengt Je weet hoe de verzekeringswereld werkt en bent toe aan een volgende stap waarin je meer verantwoordelijkheid krijgt. Je herkent jezelf in het volgende profiel: - Je hebt HBO+ werk- en denkniveau - Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring in de verzekeringsbranche - Je hebt Wft Basis, Wft Schade Particulier en Wft Schade Zakelijk (of bereid deze te behalen) - Je hebt ervaring met Microsoft Office; kennis van ANVA is een pré - Je communiceert duidelijk en professioneel en beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend - Je bent beschikbaar voor minimaal 32 uur per week - Je hebt affiniteit met projectmatig werken (pré) Herken je jezelf niet in alle punten, maar spreekt de functie je we...
