Binnen de Afvalstoffendienst lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan een veilige, verantwoorde en milieubewuste verwerking van gevaarlijke afvalstoffen. Je maakt onderdeel uit van het team Inzameling en werkt nauw samen met collega's van commercie, planning, milieustraten en externe eindverwerkers. In deze specialistische rol vorm je de verbindende schakel tussen aanbieders van gevaarlijk afval en de uiteindelijke verwerking ervan. Je beoordeelt afvalstromen, bewaakt wet- en regelgeving en zorgt ervoor dat gevaarlijke stoffen op een veilige en efficiënte manier worden afgevoerd en verwerkt. Taakomschrijving Jouw verantwoordelijkheden • Beoordelen van aanvragen en MSDS'en (Material Safety Data Sheet); • Vaststellen onder welke afvalcode en afvalstroom een aangeboden stof valt; • Bijhouden, actualiseren en communiceren van aanlevervoorwaarden voor gevaarlijke afvalstoffen; • Toekennen van de juiste afvalstroomnummers en interne coderingen; • Controleren of aangeboden afvalstoffen voldoen aan geldende wet- en regelgeving, waaronder ADR-richtlijnen; • Signaleren van gevaarlijke eigenschappen, zoals CMR- en ZZS-stoffen, en hier adequaat naar handelen; • Opstellen...
