Onze acceptatieafdeling is volop in ontwikkeling en daarom zoeken wij een acceptant met minimaal twee jaar ervaring die samen met ons verder wil bouwen aan de toekomst. Met jouw kennis en ervaring lever je direct een bijdrage aan een positieve klantbeleving en een soepel acceptatieproces. Wat ga je doen? - Acceptatie van schadeverzekeringen, met name particulier en (op termijn) ook zakelijk - Beoordelen van risico's volgens de richtlijnen van onze volmachtgevers - Opstellen van offertes met oog voor zowel klant als De Waerdse - Aanspreekpunt voor adviseurs van aangesloten kantoren - Meedenken over verbetering van processen en service - Behandelen van inhoudelijke en complexere vragen; standaardmutaties verlopen geautomatiseerd Wat breng jij mee? - Minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring als acceptant schadeverzekeringen - Minimaal 32 uur per week beschikbaar - Wft Schade Particulier(Wft Zakelijk is een pré of bereid dit te behalen) - Nauwkeurig, communicatief sterk en een teamspeler Wat krijg je van ons? - Marktconform salaris passend bij kennis en ervaring - 25 vakantiedagen bij fulltime - Premievrij pensioen - Korting op verzekeringen en hypotheekadvies - Volop ontwikkel- en doorgroeimogelijkheden - Informele, platte organisatie met korte lijnen ...
