Wat ga je doen? Als acceptant verzekeringen in Zwolle ben jij degene die de knoop doorhakt. Jij beoordeelt verzekeringsaanvragen die nét wat extra aandacht nodig hebben en zorgt dat alles soepel verloopt. Jouw werkzaamheden: - Beoordelen van particuliere risico's die niet automatisch worden goedgekeurd - Zelfstandig nemen van acceptatiebeslissingen - Contact onderhouden met klanten en adviseurs (telefonisch en per mail) - Voeren van klant- en retentiegesprekken - Behandelen van dossiers met betalingsachterstanden - Zorgen voor een strakke en correcte administratie Kortom: jij houdt overzicht, schakelt snel en zorgt dat alles tot in de puntjes geregeld is. Je gaat aan de slag binnen het team Acceptatie & Beheer. Hier werk je samen met gedreven collega's in een omgeving waar tempo hoog ligt en kwaliteit voorop staat.
