Wie ben jij Als Acceptant Verzekeringen heb jij de zaken goed op orde. Je bent beslist, helpt de klant altijd zo goed mogelijk en laat je niet snel gek maken als het druk is.

- Je bent in het bezit van een geldig certificaat Wft Basis (verplicht). - Je bent in het bezit van een geldig certificaat Wft Schade Particulier (verplicht). - Je beschikt over minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau. - Ervaring als Acceptant Verzekeringen of relevante ervaring binnen de verzekeringsbranche / financiële dienstverlening. - Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden. - Een klantgerichte, nauwkeurige en resultaatgerichte werkhouding.

Wat ga je doen Binnen de afdeling Keten Particulier maak je deel uit van het team Acceptatie & Beheer. Dit team is verantwoordelijk voor de acceptatie en het beheer van particuliere verzekeringsproducten.

- Risicobeoordeling: Je beoordeelt zelfstandig particuliere risico's die niet automatisch door het systeem geaccepteerd worden en neemt acceptatiebeslissingen binnen de geldende richtlijnen. - Klant- & Adviseurscontact: Je onderhoudt telefonisch en schriftelijk contact met klanten en adviseurs op een professionele en servicegerichte wijze. - Dossierbeheer: Je behandelt dossiers met betalingsachterstanden en voert klant- en retent
