Wij zijn voor onze klant op zoek naar een Acceptant Volmacht voor directe indiensttreding bij de klant. CED Interim Professionals verzorgt de werving & selectie. Als Acceptant/Volmachtbeheerder ben jij de spil in het volmachtproces. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de relaties en adviseurs kunnen vertrouwen op een zorgvuldige, deskundige en vlotte behandeling van iedere aanvraag. Jij beoordeelt risico's, beheert de portefeuille en bewaakt de kwaliteit van de volmachtactiviteiten. Je verdiept je in complexe vraagstukken, denkt mee over passende oplossingen en onderhoudt actief contact met collega's, agenten en verzekeraars. Dankzij jouw inzicht en kennis weet je precies welke verzekeraar of volmacht past bij het risico - en waar ruimte zit voor maatwerk. Daarnaast draag je bij het beheer van de volmachtportefeuille. Je bewaakt processen, signaleert verbeterkansen en houdt toezicht op naleving van compliance- en volmachtregels. Zo combineer je inhoudelijke acceptatiekennis met een scherp oog voor beheer, kwaliteit en efficiency. Een belangrijk deel van je werk wordt ingevuld door alle administratieve processen waar je als Acceptant/Volmachtbeheerder van een volmachtbedrijf mee te maken krijgt. Hiervan is de polis opmaak de belangrijkste, maar ook vanuit portefeuillebeheer en compliance zijn er administratie taken.
