The posting

Missions

  • Accompagner socialement et administrativement les travailleurs tout au long de leur parcours professionnel. Ce travail s'effectuera au siège du Village n°1 et occasionnellement sur chantier.
  • Vous participez aux politiques des ressources humaines et fonctionnez en équipe.

Fonctions

  • Vous accompagnez les travailleurs dans leurs démarches personnelles ou professionnelles, sociales, administratives, familiales, financières, etc.
  • Vous leur proposez de manière proactive des solutions et des outils.
  • Vous entretenez des contacts réguliers avec les partenaires extérieurs : CPAS, mutuelles, organismes de paiement, médiateur, huissiers, services sociaux...).
  • Vous constituez un lien entre les travailleurs, la hiérarchie et les autres départements de l'organisation dans l'optique d'améliorer le bien-être au travail.
  • Vous suivez des problématiques particulières : absentéisme, avances sur salaire...

Formation & expérience

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme d'assistant social.
  • Vous bénéficiez d'une expérience d'au moins 3 ans.
  • Vous avez une bonne connaissance de l'environnement social (CPAS, mutuelles, services d'accompagnement, AVIQ/Phare,...).
  • Une bonne connaissance du milieu du handicap (fonctionnement de l'AVIQ) est un atout.

Compétences

  • Vous êtes à l'écoute et avez d'excellentes compétences relationnelles.
  • Vous créez des relations de confiance avec les travailleurs et leurs garantissez la confidentialité de leurs informations.
  • Vous avez une vision globale de la situation de votre interlocuteur (contexte familial, enjeux...).
  • Vous êtes capable de prendre distance par rapport à une situation et de conserver une attitude objective et constructive.
  • Vous travaillez dans le cadre des politiques des ressources humaines.
  • Vous êtes créatif et proactif dans la recherche de solutions pour les travailleurs.
  • Vous travaillez en équipe et de façon autonome.
  • Vous avez une bonne maitrise de l'outil informatique et de bonnes capacités rédactionnelles.
  • Vous disposez obligatoirement d'un véhicule afin de vous rendre sur chantier.
