De functie inhoud Wat deze job als Account Advisor inhoudt:

  • Ondersteunen van accountmanagers binnen het commerciële proces
  • Tijdig informeren van klanten over renewals en zorgen voor een correcte verwerking
  • Opstellen van offertes voor contractverlengingen
  • Verwerken en opvolgen van bevestigde offertes
  • Instaan voor een nauwkeurige administratieve opvolging van een groot aantal offertes
  • Meebouwen aan een vlotte samenwerking tussen sales en interne diensten
  • Op termijn doorgroeien naar een rol binnen internal sales, accountmanagement of presales

  • Beschikt over een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring

  • Ziet werk en houdt van optimaliseren en verbeteren
  • Goede kennis van het Engels
  • Kennis van het Frans is een plus
  • Vlot in het gebruik van O365 en snel vertrouwd met nieuwe tools
