Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou. Als Account Director ben jij.. eindverantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden en verder uitbouwen van jouw klantportfolio binnen onze business line Branding, Content en PR. Denk hierbij aan een positionering, een nieuwe visuele identiteit, de ontwikkeling van campagne concepten tot employer branding. Je bent sterk in het opbouwen en verstevigen van een klantrelatie en weet de doelstellingen van de klant om te zetten tot een succesvolle strategische samenwerking, waarbij je altijd oog hebt voor kansen om de samenwerking te intensiveren. Daar waar de Project Managers het operationele aanspreekpunt zijn, bewaak jij als Account Director de grote lijnen als commercieel eindverantwoordelijke en trusted business partner voor de klant. Naast je bestaande portfolio speel je een actieve rol in new business-trajecten. Concrete werkzaamheden waar je aan moet denken: - het vergroten van de loyaliteit en groei binnen je klantportfolio; - het opstellen van plannen en budgetten om gestelde doelen te realiseren; - het organiseren en/of bijwonen van strategische sessies en periodieke meetings met je klanten; - relatiemanagement en voortgangsbewaking met zowel klant als collega; - een deskundige bijdrage aan voorstellen richting potentiële klanten. Vereisten Wat breng je mee? Je beschikt over strategisch, commercieel inzicht en weet dit op basis van sterke relationele vaardigheden om te zetten in concrete resultaten. Met je aanstekelijke energie vertegenwoordig je onze groep, in goede samenwerking met je interne stakeholders. Je beschikt over relevante inhoudelijke kennis van de online market...
