Als Account Director ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden én uitbouwen van onze klantrelaties bij overheidsinstellingen en een aantal ministeries. Je hebt gevoel voor tact, timing en beschikt over een oprechte nieuwsgierigheid naar wat er speelt bij onze klanten. Je weet klantvragen snel te doorgronden en vertaalt deze naar concrete, strategische samenwerkingen. Dankzij je ervaring met overheidscommunicatie weet je onze verschillende oplossingen en expertises effectief in te zetten. Zo bouw je aan langdurige klantrelaties, vergroot je klantloyaliteit en creëer je commerciële groei. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en profileert je als een stevige relatiemanager met een gezonde commerciële drive. Je bewaakt de grote lijnen, werkt nauw samen met onze accountmanagers en stuurt bij waar nodig. Ook voor onze creatieve collega's ben je een belangrijk klankbord. Toegegeven: we vragen nogal wat van onze nieuwe Account Director. Daar staat tegenover dat je de vrijheid, verantwoordelijkheid en het vertrouwen krijgt om de rol op jouw manier in te vullen. Je krijgt volop ruimte om onze klanten - denk aan verschillende Ministeries, ICTU, onderwijsinstellingen, provincies en gemeenten - te helpen hun ambities en doelstellingen te realiseren.
