In het kader van continue groei, zoeken wij een gedreven Account en Project Manager. In deze functie werk je overkoepelend, ondersteun en verbind je onze verschillende vestigingen. Je werkt nauw samen met de verschillende commerciële teams en planningsdiensten en vormt de brug tussen de klant en onze interne organisatie.

JOBINHOUD

Als Account en Project Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het commercieel en operationeel beheer van een aantal key accounts en complexe mobiliteitsprojecten.

Je begeleidt dossiers van A tot Z: van de eerste klantvraag en offerte tot de operationele coördinatie en uiteindelijke facturatie. Je werkt hiervoor nauw samen met onze verschillende vestigingen, planning en externe partners.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Uitwerken, opmaken en opvolgen van complexere offertes en mobiliteitsoplossingen.
  • Coördineren van grotere projecten waarbij meerdere stelplaatsen betrokken zijn.
  • Fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt voor de klant gedurende het volledige traject.
  • Afstemmen met planning, operations en de verschillende vestigingen om een vlekkeloze uitvoering te garanderen.

Ter ondersteuning van en in samenwerking met de Sales Director behoren onderstaande taken ook tot je takenpakket:

  • Beheren en verder uitbouwen van een portefeuille strategische klanten.
  • Actief detecteren en ontwikkelen van nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Prospecteren naar nieuwe klanten, markten en samenwerkingen.
  • Ondersteunen bij strategische accounts, commerciële projecten en de verdere commerciële uitbouw van Coach Partners.

Je bent een allround commercieel talent dat energie haalt uit klantencontract, projecten en het creëren van nieuwe business. Je combineert commerciële flair met organisatorisch talent en weet klanten en collega's mee te krijgen in jouw verhaal.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Bachelor werk- en denkniveau of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring in accountmanagement, business development, projectmanagement of een vergelijkbare commerciële functie.
  • Een eerste werkervaring binnen de eventsector of binnen toerisme is een meerwaarde.
  • Een sterke commerciële mindset en een uitgesproken klantgerichte aanpak.
  • De drive om nieuwe klanten en markten (mee) te ontwikkelen.
  • Organisatietalent en het vermogen om meerdere projecten tegelijk te beheren.
  • Sterke communicatieve en relationele vaardigheden.
  • Een proactieve, ondernemende en resultaatgerichte ingesteldheid.
  • Een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Frans en Engels.
