Als Account & Engineering Manager neem je de dagelijkse leiding van NiniX Technologies op. Je combineert commercieel inzicht, technisch advies en people management om projecten succesvol van idee tot realisatie te begeleiden. Samen met een ervaren kernteam stuur je de organisatie aan en ben je verantwoordelijk voor zowel de commerciële groei als de rendabiliteit van de onderneming.

Verantwoordelijkheden

- Eindverantwoordelijkheid voor de P&L en de dagelijkse werking van de organisatie.

- Uitbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame klantenrelaties.

- Actief ontwikkelen van nieuwe business opportuniteiten en markten.

- Vertalen van klantbehoeften naar technische concepten en berekenen van bijhorende prijszetting naar realisatie.

- Opstellen en verdedigen van offertes, budgetten en projectvoorstellen.

- Aansturen van het kernteam en de engineeringafdeling ter realisatie van de projecten.

- Bewaken van kwaliteit, planning, budget en klanttevredenheid.

- Rapporteren aan de Managing Director en meedenken over de strategische groei van de organisatie.

- Masterdiploma in een technische richting.

- Minstens 10 jaar relevante ervaring binnen machinebouw, engineering of technische projectomgevingen.

- Commerciële feeling gecombineerd met een sterke technische bagage naar technische concepten.

- Ervaring met het managen van teams en deze laten samenwerking alsook het opnemen van eindverantwoordelijkheid.

- Inzicht in financiële resultaten en budgetbeheer; ervaring met P&L-verantwoordelijkheid is een plus.

- Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans is mooi meegenomen.

- Ondernemende mindset, sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een natuurlijke drive om resultaten te realiseren.
