Dat is waar je als Account Executive energie van krijgt. Je opent actief nieuwe deuren bij interessante organisaties én bouwt bestaande klanten uit naar meerdere teams, stakeholders en SDLC-domeinen. Je combineert persoonlijke aandacht met commerciële daadkracht en krijgt volop ruimte om je netwerk en accounts verder uit te bouwen. Zo draag je direct bij aan de groei van WannaFlex, met nieuwe klanten, nieuwe vacatures en langdurige samenwerkingen. Waar ga jij aan de slag? WannaFlex brengt IT-professionals en organisaties bij elkaar. We bemiddelen professionals voor interim-opdrachten. Daarbij draait het voor ons niet alleen om de juiste vacature of een goede match. We willen begrijpen wie mensen zijn, wat organisaties nodig hebben en waar beide partijen naartoe willen. Persoonlijke aandacht is daarom een belangrijk onderdeel van hoe we werken. We bouwen relaties vanuit oprechte interesse en vertrouwen en blijven ook na een succesvolle match betrokken. Kwaliteit staat daarbij voorop: een goede samenwerking begint met goed luisteren, inhoudelijk begrijpen wat er speelt en doen wat je belooft. Zo bouwen we aan partnerships die verder gaan dan één vacature of plaatsing. Als Account Executive krijg je de ruimte om die manier van werken in de praktijk te brengen. Je bouwt aan relaties met klanten en professionals, werkt samen met je collega's en zoekt steeds naar de beste oplossing voor alle betrokken partijen.
