Als Account Executive bij BaseNet haal jij nieuwe klanten binnen in ons kernsegment: kleine advocatenkantoren van 5 tot 15 gebruikers. Koud bellen? Dat sla je over. Onze pijplijn staat. Wél verkopen van mens tot mens, complexe software simpel maken en in hoog tempo deals sluiten. Wat ga je doen? Jij bent het aanspreekpunt, de demo-expert en de closer in één. Je richt je volledig op advocatenkantoren van 5 tot 15 gebruikers, een segment met korte salescycli en veel beweging. De inbound leads komen binnen vanuit marketing en onze saleskanalen, jij zorgt dat ze landen. Je beheert de volledige salescyclus zelf, van eerste gesprek tot onderhandeling en closing, inclusief demo's online of bij de klant op locatie. Je werkt met SPICED, een salesmethode die je helpt deals beter te kwalificeren en sturen. En je staat er niet alleen voor: als onderdeel van het bredere salesteam van Blinqx, waar BaseNet deel van uitmaakt, deel je best practices en blijf je jezelf ontwikkelen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor je eigen new business target: jij bepaalt je ritme, bewaakt de opvolging - Je converteert inbound leads naar gesloten deals en zorgt voor een voorspelbare pipeline - Je bent van a tot z eigenaar van je salescyclus, inclusief demo's bij de klant op locatie of online - Je wint deals op relatie en vertrouwen: je doorgrond de pijnpunten van de advocaat en vertaalt die naar de waarde van BaseNet, je verkoopt niet als solution engineer - Je houdt je pipeline en forecast strak bij in HubSpot - Je zet AI structureel in je salesproces in, voor research, targeting, voorbereiding...
