GPALGPAL Account Executive B2B SaaS Ter uitbreiding van ons team zoeken wij een Account Executive (32-40 uur per week) Bij GPAL geloven we dat leren op de werkvloer slimmer, sneller en effectiever kan. Met ons video-based learning platform helpen we organisaties om kennis van eigen experts vast te leggen en medewerkers sneller succesvol te maken. Onze oplossing wordt gebruikt door organisaties die continu bezig zijn met het verbeteren van kennisoverdracht, onboarding, veiligheid, kwaliteit en operationele processen. Door leren praktisch, schaalbaar en meetbaar te maken, helpen we organisaties om medewerkers beter te laten presteren. We groeien verder en zoeken daarom een Account Executive die niet alleen nieuwe klanten wil winnen, maar ook wil meebouwen aan de commerciële richting van GPAL. Jij krijgt eigenaarschap over je eigen markt Dit is geen standaard salesfunctie waarin je alleen bestaande leads opvolgt. Je krijgt de vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid om je eigen markt verder op te bouwen. Je bent eigenaar van je pipeline, bepaalt waar de commerciële kansen liggen en begeleidt het volledige salesproces: van eerste contact tot getekende overeenkomst. We hebben inmiddels een duidelijke commerciële basis opgebouwd. Binnen de overheid, technische sector en zorg hebben we mooie klanten en relevante klantcases gerealiseerd. De richting is daarmee bepaald, maar we geloven sterk in ondernemerschap: we staan open voor jouw inzichten om deze markten verder uit te bouwen én nieuwe commerciële kansen te ontdekken. Je werkt nauw samen met de Managing Director, het marketingteam en onze vaste outbound partners. Jouw ideeën, analyses en commerciële aanpak hebben direct invloed op de verdere groei van GPAL.
