Jobomschrijving

Krijg jij energie van klantencontact, proactieve communicatie en het uitbouwen van langdurige klantenrelaties? Dan is deze uitdaging op jouw lijf geschreven! Jij bent de rots die de logistieke stoom bewaakt en zorgt dat elke zending op rolletjes loopt. Jouw dagelijkse taken zijn :

  • Opvolgen van het volledige operationele dossierbeheer in het ERP-systeem tot en met de facturatie.
  • Opstellen, contoleren en opvolgen van transporten,- bevrachtingen,- en douanedocumenten.
  • Proactief communiceren met klanten en interne diensten om iedereen op de hoogte te houden van het verloop.
  • Sparren met het salesteam over businessontwikkelingen en klantenvragen.
  • Snel en correct regelen van verzekeringspolissen bij verzekeringsmakelaars.

Jij bent een beleefde assertieve netwerker met een scherp organisatorisch inzicht. Je duikt met gemak in logistieke workflows, denkt in oplossingen en schakelt moeiteloos tussen verschillende systemen. Verder nemen je mee:

  • Minstens vijf jaar ervaring in expeditie en een bachelor Logistiek management.
  • Basiskennis over douaneprocedures en sterke administratieve skills, kennis van Navitrans is een pluspunt.
  • Uitstekende communicatie in het Nederlands en Engels, Duits of Frans zijn opnieuw pluspunten.
  • Een klantgerichte teamgeest en een open mind set voor veranderingen.
