Zur Ergänzung unseres FUP GCI Teams stellen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Spezialistin mit fundierten Fachkenntnissen in der Fuhrparkversicherung für unsere KFZ-Abteilung/Dienstort Graz ein. 1 Account Executive Fuhrparkmanagement (m/w/x) Das Aufgabengebiet:

* Kunden_innen-betreuung im Innendienst mit Hauptfokus auf Unternehmensflotten sowie Einzel-KFZ von Firmen- und Privatkunden_innen

* Beantwortung von Kunden_innen-anfragen am Telefon und per E-Mail

* Erstellen von Ausschreibungen, Offerten, Flottenversicherungskonzepten unserer Kunden_innen in Österreich aber auch im benachbarten Ausland

* Antragsabwicklungen sowie Polizzen Verwaltung

* Laufende Überwachung der Fuhrparks, sowohl hinsichtlich adäquater Marktprämie als auch des Deckungsumfanges

* Schadenabwicklungen von In- und Auslandsschäden

* Erstellen/Ausarbeiten von detaillierten Schadenlisten und Reportings

* Prüfung von jährlichen Gewinnabrechnungen, Stichtagsmeldungen, Kundenkontoauszügen

* Erstellen von Präsentationen für Kunden_innen-gespräche

* Zuverlässige Datenerfassung und Datenwartung in unseren IT-Systemen

Das Anforderungsprofil:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Versicherungsbereich

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung bei einem Versicherungsmakler oder Versicherungsunternehmen im Bereich KFZ

* Hohe fachliche Kompetenz in den Bereichen:

* KFZ-Haftpflicht-, Kasko- und Insassenunfallversicherung (Einzel- und Rahmenverträge für Flotten)

* Versicherung von fahrbaren Geräten und Maschinen (Maschinenbruch)

* Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Fundierte brancheninterne EDV- sowie MS-Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Kenntnisse

* KI Grundlagen herzlich Willkommen

* Teamplayer, der auch gerne eigenständig arbeitet

* Hohe soziale und kommunikative Kompetenz

* Kunden_innen-orientierte Arbeitsweise

* entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Führerschein Klasse B von Vorteil
