Over de functie Als Inside Sales Specialist maak je deel uit van ons ambitieuze salesteam. Jouw missie? Het verkopen van de beste luchtvrachtoplossingen aan bestaande én potentiële klanten. Je bent de spin in het web: je vraagt tarieven op bij transporteurs en airlines, rekent toeslagen door voor verpakkingen of gevarengoed, en bouwt dit om tot een ijzersterke, passende offerte. Je onderhoudt proactief de relatie met je klanten en schakelt nauw met de operationele afdeling, zodat de zendingen die jij scoort ook vlekkeloos worden afgehandeld. Kortom: jij herkent commerciële kansen en vertaalt de wens van de klant naar onze hoogwaardige diensten. - Offertes op maat: Je vraagt logistieke diensten aan (wegtransport, luchtvracht, packaging, hazmat) en vertaalt deze snel naar een scherpe offerte voor de klant. - Relatiebeheer: Je onderhoudt proactief contact met bestaande en nieuwe klanten en denkt strategisch met hen mee. - Niche logistics: Je verdiept je in complexe aanvragen rondom o.a. farmaceutica en gevarengoed. - Interne connectie: Je werkt nauw samen met de operatie om te zorgen dat jouw deals vlekkeloos worden opgestart. - Kansen spotten: Je herkent commerciële behoeften en weet de klant perfect te adviseren over onze services.
