Je zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt en schakelt continu tussen klant, flexkrachten, recruiters en interne collega's. Daarnaast ben je ook inzetbaar voor onze andere klant waardoor geen dag hetzelfde is.Je bent minimaal drie dagen per week op locatie aanwezig en weet precies wat er speelt op de werkvloer. Zie je knelpunten of kansen? Dan pak je deze direct op en zorg je ervoor dat de operatie soepel blijft draaien. Jouw werkzaamheden - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klant en onze flexkrachten. - Je houdt de mailbox bij en zorgt ervoor dat vragen snel en correct worden opgepakt. - Je ondersteunt bij het recruitmentproces en stemt nauw af met recruiters over de instroom. - Je verzorgt de administratie rondom verloning en verwerkt eventuele correcties. - Je onderhoudt contact met de klant en bezoekt deze regelmatig. - Je bewaakt de planning en zorgt ervoor dat de operatie soepel blijft verlopen. - Je signaleert knelpunten, denkt in oplossingen en schakelt snel wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt.
