Jouw takenpakket:

  • Uitbouwen en onderhouden van langdurige relaties met klanten en partners.
  • Adviseren van klanten bij hun projecten, van eerste idee tot concrete oplossing.
  • Vertalen van klantverwachtingen naar haalbare voorstellen in overleg met interne collega’s.
  • Actief opvolgen van opportuniteiten binnen jouw regio.
  • Rapporteren over commerciële voortgang en resultaten.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma binnen een bouwgerelateerde richting.
  • Je hebt ervaring met netwerking binnen vastgoed, bouw of projectontwikkeling.
  • Je combineert structuur en planning met een creatieve aanpak.
  • Je communiceert vlot en weet mensen met elkaar te verbinden.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en detail.
  • Je functioneert graag in team en handelt steeds met aandacht voor veiligheid.
