Voor ons salesteam zoeken wij een gedreven Account Manager, met ervaring in marketing, die onze groeiambities en die van onze klanten waarmaakt. Wat ga je doen? Als Account Manager is jouw rol het binnenbrengen, behouden en laten groeien van klanten en projecten die perfect matchen met onze ambities. Wij zoeken iemand met pit en daadkracht. Jouw ultieme doel? Het maximaliseren van de waarde van de klanten in jouw eigen portefeuille. En je hard maken voor een succesvolle samenwerking waardoor onze klanten zelf groeien. Je deelt de eisen, wensen en doelstellingen van de klant naadloos met onze Client Leads en Strategen. Samen breiden jullie ons werk verder uit door goed te luisteren naar de behoeften van onze klanten. Je bouwt hechte relaties op en houdt alles strak in de gaten, zonder dat je zelf in de uitvoering hoeft te duiken. - Je beheert een selectie van onze belangrijkste key-klanten en bent verantwoordelijk voor hun retentie en groei (upsell/cross-sell). - Jij neemt de leiding in complexe salestrajecten en pitches. Je schakelt de juiste experts in (zoals Strategy en Client Leads) om samen de deal te winnen. - Je bouwt sterke en duurzame relaties op C-level en fungeert als dé commerciële sparringpartner die de business-doelen van de klant door en door begrijpt. - Je hebt een scherp oog voor innovatie en signaleert waar onze nieuwe proposities waarde kunnen toevoegen aan de bestaande portfolio's. - Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de gefactureerde omzet van jouw klanten en de groei van jouw klantportfolio.
