Om onze verdere groei te ondersteunen willen we onze salesafdeling versterken. Daarom zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Account Manager. In deze veelzijdige commerciële functie beheer en ontwikkel je een portefeuille van professionele klanten. Je bouwt duurzame relaties uit, adviseert klanten bij hun projecten en zoek je nieuwe opportuniteiten in de markt. Dankzij jouw commerciële feeling en klantgerichte aanpak draag je actief bij aan het succes van VBK België. Naast het commerciële aspect zorg je ook voor een nauwkeurige opvolging van klantendossiers en onderlinge afspraken. Je bewaakt het volledige traject van aanvraag tot realisatie en zorgt ervoor dat klanten kunnen rekenen op een professionele, vlotte en betrouwbare dienstverlening

Jobomschrijving

• Beheren, onderhouden en verder uitbouwen van een bestaande klantenportefeuille.

• Actief prospecteren en ontwikkelen van nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten.

• Opbouwen van langetermijnrelaties met klanten

• Adviseren van klanten en begeleiden van hun noden met een oplossingsgerichte aanpak.

• Opstellen, uitwerken en opvolgen van commerciële voorstellen.

• Zorgen voor een correcte administratieve verwerking van klantgegevens, offertes en

dossiers.

• Nauwgezet opvolgen van lopende projecten en klantafspraken.

• Fungeren als vaste en betrouwbare gesprekspartner voor klanten gedurende het volledige

traject.

• Samenwerken met interne collega's om projecten efficiënt en kwaliteitsvol af te handelen.

• Rapporteren over marktontwikkelingen, klantbehoeften en commerciële resultaten

• Je hebt ervaring in een commerciële buitendienstfunctie

• Je bent een natuurlijke relatiebouwer met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.

• Je combineert commercieel inzicht met een gestructureerde en nauwkeurige manier van

werken.

• Je hebt oog voor detail en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van

dossiers.

• Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en bent resultaatgericht.

• Je bent klantgericht, professioneel en oplossingsgericht.

• Kennis van de boekenwereld is een pluspunt
