Over de vacature Vercom BV groeit en we hebben meer ‘hands on deck’ nodig! Vercom is één van de grotere internationale spelers die opereert in de dynamische verpakkingsbranche. Wij zijn een no-nonsense organisatie en houden van een open en directe bedrijfscultuur. Het team binnen Vercom is gedreven en ambitieus en werkt enthousiast aan het bereiken van de groeidoelstellingen. Om deze doelstellingen ook in de toekomst te realiseren zijn wij op zoek naar een Account Manager.

Jouw werkdag is nooit saai en je vervelen hoeft niet bij ons. Werkende vanuit onze locatie in Wormerveer (en vanaf 2025 in ons nieuwe hoofdkantoor te Alkmaar) zul je als account manager, in samenwerking met onze commerciële ondersteuning binnendienst, geacht worden om op een professionele manier onze klanten van dienst te zijn. Jij bent hun go-to op het gebied van service!
 Je bent initiatiefrijk, collegiaal, accuraat, stressbestendig en bereid jouw kennis met anderen te delen. Door jouw persoonlijkheid, vakkennis, enthousiaste en nieuwsgierige karakter aan de telefoon, per mail of via Teams maak je fans van onze klanten!

Wat vragen wij van jou?

- MBO / HBO werk- en denkniveau met
 commerciële ervaring.

- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;

- Sterke rekenvaardigheden voor het beheren van prijzen, marges en kosten;

- Nauwkeurig, commercieel ingesteld en sterk servicegericht;

- Flexibel, proactief en een hands-on mentaliteit;

- Geen 9-5 mentaliteit;

- Een sterke wil om te leren en jezelf te ontwikkelen binnen de rol;

- Het vermogen om initiatief te nemen en zelfstandig problemen op te lossen;

- Ervaring in de verpakkingssector is een pre, maar niet essentieel;

- Ervaring met Exact is een pre.
