Je komt terecht in een technische omgeving gespecialiseerd in machines, onderdelen en service voor industriële toepassingen binnen glas- en steenbewerking. Klanten van onze partner zijn productiebedrijven waar betrouwbaarheid en continuïteit cruciaal zijn, en waar technische keuzes directe impact hebben op prestaties.

Als Account Manager ontwikkel je je tot een volwaardige gesprekspartner voor deze klanten. Je combineert technisch inzicht met commercieel advies en begeleidt trajecten van analyse tot implementatie, terwijl je stap voor stap een eigen klantenportefeuille uitbouwt.

Account Manager - Functieomschrijving:

  • Je bouwt langetermijnrelaties op door productieomgevingen grondig te analyseren en opportuniteiten te identificeren die aansluiten bij de technische noden en investeringsplannen van klanten.
  • Je vertaalt technische vragen naar concrete oplossingen, werkt offertes uit met de juiste configuraties en begeleidt het volledige traject van adviesfase tot bestelling en implementatie.
  • Je bewaakt opvolging en after-sales, stemt af met interne teams rond levering en installatie en detecteert bijkomende commerciële kansen binnen onderhoud en uitbreidingen.
  • Je werkt 4 dagen op de baan en 1x vanop kantoor

Account Manager - Profiel:

  • Je combineert een technische achtergrond (mechanica of gelijkaardig) met een sterke interesse in een commerciële rol of een eerste ervaring binnen technische sales.
  • Je toont zelfstandigheid en maturiteit, werkt gestructureerd en voelt je comfortabel in een rol met autonomie en frequente klantencontacten.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatievaardigheden en schakelt vlot in Nederlands en Engels binnen een industriële context.
