Als Account Manager speel je een sleutelrol in het opbouwen en onderhouden van langdurige klantrelaties. Je adviseert klanten en helpt hen om de juiste verzekeringskeuzes te maken die aansluiten bij hun behoeften.

Wat houdt de functie in?

  • Relatiebeheer: Je onderhoudt nauwe contacten met bestaande klanten en bent hun eerste aanspreekpunt.
  • Nieuwe klanten aantrekken: Je zoekt actief naar nieuwe klanten en overtuigt hen van onze expertise en diensten.
  • Advies op maat: Je analyseert de behoeften van klanten en stelt verzekeringsoplossingen voor die hun risico’s optimaal afdekken.
  • Commercieel groeien: Je draagt bij aan het uitbreiden van onze klantenportefeuille en het realiseren van onze commerciële doelstellingen.
  • Samenwerking: Je werkt nauw samen met interne teams en verzekeringsmaatschappijen om de beste service te garanderen.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Opleiding: Bachelor of master in een relevante richting zoals verzekeringen, financiën of economie.
  • Ervaring: Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een commerciële of verzekeringsgerelateerde functie.
  • Commerciële flair: Je hebt een klantgerichte mindset en bent een sterke onderhandelaar.
  • Organisatorisch sterk: Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en kan goed prioriteiten stellen.
  • Talenkennis: Vloeiend Nederlands; kennis van Frans of Engels is een pluspunt.
  • Ambitie: Gedreven om commerciële doelstellingen te behalen en klanten optimaal te ondersteunen.
