Bij RentMore zijn we gespecialiseerd in het aanbieden van hoogwaardige, volledig gemeubileerde appartementen. Met een sterke focus op uitstekende service doen we er alles aan om ervoor te zorgen dat onze huurders zich vanaf het moment van aankomst thuis voelen.

We zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste en gedreven Account Manager op zelfstandige basis om ons dynamische team te versterken. U speelt een cruciale rol bij het omzetten van verhuurleads in huurcontracten en zorgt voor een soepel en efficiënt proces voor onze klanten. U breidt ons netwerk en portfolio uit door middel van proactieve prospectie, waarbij u zich richt op belangrijke partners zoals relocatiebureaus, EU-instellingen, ambassades en multinationals.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

  • Proactief beheren en omzetten van verhuurleads via ons CRM-systeem om kansen te maximaliseren.
  • Zorgen voor een nauwkeurige en tijdige administratie van klantinteracties en verhuuractiviteiten.
  • Onderhouden en opbouwen van sterke relaties met zowel potentiële als bestaande klanten, om een hoge klanttevredenheid te garanderen.
  • Persoonlijk advies geven aan klanten, zodat zij worden gekoppeld aan het appartement dat het beste bij hun behoeften past.
  • Klanten begeleiden door het gehele verhuurproces, van eerste aanvraag tot ondertekend huurcontract.
  • Samenwerken met interne teams om ervoor te zorgen dat appartementen klaar zijn voor bewoning.
  • Een BIV/IPI-accreditatie (Belgisch Instituut voor Vastgoedmakelaars)
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in accountmanagement, vastgoed of een klantgerichte functie.
  • Uitstekende communicatie- en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden.
  • Sterke beheersing van CRM-tools en Office365 (Outlook, Teams, Adobe).
  • In staat om zelfstandig te werken en effectief samen te werken binnen een team.
  • Oplossingsgerichte instelling met een focus op het leveren van uitstekende service.
  • Vloeiend in het Engels en vaardig in een andere taal (Frans, Nederlands, en andere talen zijn een pluspunt).
