Als Account Manager ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor professionele klanten en prospecten in de regio. Je klantenportefeuille is divers en omvat onder andere aannemers, bouwbedrijven, tuinaannemers, schrijnwerkers, sleutel-op-de-deur bouwbedrijven, grondwerkers en openbare besturen. Dankzij een grondige inwerkperiode leer je de producten, toepassingen en de markt door en door kennen.

Functie omschrijving

  • Proactief opvolgen van je bestaande klanten en uitbouwen van duurzame relaties.
  • Analyseren van klantbehoeften en uitwerken van passende oplossingen en offertes.
  • Actieve prospectie om nieuwe klantenrelaties op te bouwen.
  • Adviseren en overtuigen van klanten over producten, toepassingen en e-commerce oplossingen.
  • Opvolgen van offertes en afspraken tot succesvolle afronding.
  • Dagelijks rapporteren van je activiteiten in het CRM-systeem en nauw samenwerken met de binnendienst.
  • Enkele jaren ervaring in sales, bij voorkeur binnen B2B.
  • Ervaring of affiniteit met de bouwsector is een sterke troef.
  • Dynamisch, gedreven en communicatief, met sterke luistervaardigheden.
  • Zowel een hunter als een farmer: je bouwt relaties op én sluit deals.
  • Resultaatgericht, servicegericht en betrouwbaar in je opvolging.
  • Goed georganiseerd, zelfstandig en in staat je agenda efficiënt te beheren.
