Onze payroll-oplossingen zorgen ervoor dat bedrijven zich kunnen focussen op hun core business, terwijl wij de loonadministratie volledig uit handen nemen.

Jouw rol als Accountmanager Payroll? Als accountmanager ben jij het gezicht van Absolute Jobs en ga je actief de baan op om langdurige relaties op te bouwen met bedrijven en ondersteuning te bieden met onze payroll-oplossingen. Je bouwt een netwerk uit, identificeert nieuwe kansen en speelt in op de behoeften van potentiële klanten.

Jouw missie? Bedrijven laten inzien waarom Absolute Jobs de beste partner is voor hun payroll-administratie.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Actief prospecteren en nieuwe klanten binnenhalen in regio Oost-Vlaanderen.
  • Langdurige relaties opbouwen en onderhouden met bedrijven.
  • Bedrijven adviseren over onze payroll-oplossingen en hen begeleiden in de overstap.
  • Marktontwikkelingen opvolgen en inspelen op trends binnen payroll en HR.
  • Samenwerken met ons interne payroll-team om een vlotte dienstverlening te garanderen.

We zijn op zoek naar jou als ACCOUNT MANAGER voor onze afdeling Absolute You: your power, our payroll in construct & industries:

  • Je hebt ervaring als recruiter of accountmanager, bij voorkeur binnen HR - maar relevante ervaring in de sales is ook een troef.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk ingesteld en houdt van netwerken en prospecteren.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met payroll en begrijpt de voordelen voor bedrijven.
  • Je bent een doorzetter die niet bang is om deuren te openen en deals te sluiten.
  • Je bent commercieel en gaat “the extra mile” om jouw doelen te bereiken.
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B en bent bereid om veel op de baan te zijn.
