Een stabiel, groeiend IT-bedrijf van de tweede generatie helpt kmo's al jaren verder met slimme software- en IT-oplossingen. Van hardware tot softwareimplementatie: ze bieden een volledige aanpak met vaste contactpersonen per klant.

Het bedrijf groeit gestaag en zoekt nu een ervaren Account Manager Software die het commerciële roer overneemt van de voormalige CEO.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je beheert een bestaand klantenportfolio in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen en bouwt die relaties verder uit: jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten op C-niveau en zorgt dat softwareoplossingen echt aansluiten bij hun business behoeften.
  • Je stelt offertes op, presenteert en onderhandelt over softwareoplossingen van A tot Z, van eerste kennismaking tot ondertekening en werkt daarvoor nauw samen met de interne teams.
  • Je spot nieuwe opportuniteiten via prospectie en netwerkactiviteiten, en bezoekt actief potentiële klanten om duurzame samenwerkingen op te bouwen.

Wat verwachten zij van jou?

  • Je hebt 4 tot 7 jaar relevante ervaring in IT-sales of accountmanagement, bij voorkeur met een sterke kennis van ERP-software.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in handelswetenschappen, informatica of een vergelijkbare richting, aangevuld met een scherp analytisch en commercieel inzicht.
  • Je bent geen tafelspringer maar een bouwer: iemand die lang en diepgaand met dezelfde klanten werkt, intern verbindend optreedt tussen teams, en op zoek is naar een plek waar hij of zij echt kan meegroeien.
