Bij GeoDynamics krijg je de ruimte om bestaande klantenrelaties verder uit te bouwen. GeoDynamics helpt bedrijven slimmer te werken met oplossingen voor onder meer tijdregistratie, track & trace, planning en materiaalbeheer. Binnen onze klantenbasis van ongeveer 4.000 bedrijven liggen nog heel wat mogelijkheden om meer waarde te creëren. Als Account Manager Existing Business maak jij dat potentieel concreet. Wat ga je doen? Jouw opdracht is helder: groeien bij bestaande klanten. Je ontdekt wat er bij klanten leeft, begrijpt hun uitdagingen en vertaalt die naar passende uitbreidingen of aanvullende oplossingen. Daarbij combineer je twee commerciële activiteiten: - Proactief ontwikkelen minstens 50% van je tijd. Je benadert zelf bestaande klanten, brengt hun behoeften in kaart en creëert kansen voor up- en cross-sell. Je bepaalt welke klanten je aanspreekt, met welk voorstel en op welk moment. - Inkomende aanvragen opvolgen. Je reageert snel op commerciële vragen van bestaande klanten, vraagt door naar de achterliggende behoefte en begeleidt hen naar de juiste oplossing. Je neemt het volledige commerciële traject in handen: van het eerste gesprek en een gerichte demo tot het voorstel, de onderhandeling en het sluiten van de deal.
