Onze producten en oplossingen ondersteunen klanten in de voedings-, zuivel- en drankenindustrie bij optimalisatie van hygiëne, reinigingstijd, energiebeheer en watermanagement. Als Account Manager Food Hygiene word jij dé partner die deze impact mogelijk maakt!

Jouw functie:

  • Je bewerkt de Belgische Food & Beverage markt en identificeert nieuwe kansen bij voedings- en zuivelproducenten, brouwerijen en andere industriële klanten. Je zoekt actief naar prospects en zorgt dat Christeyns zichtbaar en aantrekkelijk blijft in de markt.
  • Je onderhoudt bestaande klantrelaties en bouwt deze verder uit. Je wordt het vaste aanspreekpunt voor servicecontracten, onderhoudsplannen en hygiëneoplossingen, waardoor klanten een echte partner in jou vinden.
  • Je vertaalt productkennis naar concrete, klantgerichte hygiëneoplossingen. Je start samen met klanten verbeterprojecten op, onder andere op het gebied van reiniging, desinfectie, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), duurzaamheid en procesoptimalisatie.
  • Je analyseert reinigingsprocessen (CIP, OPC, enz.) bij klanten, geeft advies over best practices en ondersteunt bij de implementatie van nieuwe reinigings- of hygiënesystemen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met het centrale labo, productie en commerciële binnendienst om oplossingen te ontwikkelen die perfect aansluiten bij klantbehoeften. Je verzamelt en rapporteert marktinformatie om het productportfolio continu te verbeteren.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Sales Director Food Hygiene FR-BeNeLux en levert input voor strategische beslissingen, nieuwe productintroducties en optimalisatie van de commerciële aanpak.

Jouw profiel:

  • Hoger onderwijs of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Sterke B2B sales-mentaliteit, bij voorkeur ervaring in de Food & Beverage sector.
  • Kennis van reinigingsprocessen (CIP, OPC, …) en hygiëneproblematiek is een plus.
  • Vlotte en correcte communicator in het Nederlands en Engels, Frans is mooi meegenomen.
  • Hands-on, proactief en klantgericht: je weet productkennis om te zetten in oplossingen die echt werken.
