Ben jij een commerciële professional die energie haalt uit het uitbouwen van strategische klantenrelaties en het realiseren van groei? Als Senior Account Manager Foodservice krijg je de kans om een belangrijke rol te spelen in de verdere ontwikkeling van een succesvolle foodservice-activiteit binnen een ambitieuze organisatie.

Jouw taken?

  • Beheren, ontwikkelen en uitbreiden van een portfolio van strategische klanten binnen het foodservicekanaal;
  • Opstellen van accountplannen en vertalen van commerciële doelstellingen naar gerichte acties;
  • Realiseren van omzet-, volume- en margedoelstellingen binnen de toegewezen klantenportefeuille;
  • Uitbouwen van duurzame partnerships en versterken van bestaande klantenrelaties;
  • Detecteren van nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten en actief aantrekken van nieuwe klanten;
  • Ontwikkelen van promotionele acties en commerciële initiatieven samen met klanten en opvolgen van de resultaten;
  • Bewaken van prijsafspraken en opmaken van correcte, competitieve offertes;Analyseren van resultaten, delen van marktinzichten en nauw
  • Samenwerken met interne stakeholders om verdere groei te realiseren.

In deze functie combineer je strategisch accountmanagement met een hands-on commerciële aanpak. Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en prospecten en krijgt de ruimte om zelfstandig initiatieven te nemen. Dankzij jouw commerciële inzicht en ondernemerschap lever je een directe bijdrage aan de verdere groei van de organisatie binnen foodservice. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne afdelingen en bouwt actief mee aan duurzame klantrelaties en langetermijnresultaten.

Wat maakt jou de ideale kandidaat? Je bent een gedreven salesprofessional die vlot relaties opbouwt, commerciële kansen omzet in resultaten en zich comfortabel voelt in een competitieve markt. Een combinatie van ondernemerschap, analytisch vermogen en klantgerichtheid maakt jou succesvol in deze rol.

  • Beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma;
  • Minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen sales, bij voorkeur in de voedingsindustrie en/of foodservice;
  • Sterke commerciële, communicatieve en onderhandelingsvaardigheden;
  • Analytische ingesteldheid met focus op resultaten en groei;
  • Vermogen om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen, prioriteiten te bepalen en verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen;
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands aangevuld met een goede kennis van het Frans en Engels;
  • Vlotte kennis van MS Office, met sterke vaardigheden in Excel; kennis van Power BI vormt een extra troef;
  • Teamgerichte instelling met het vermogen om efficiënt samen te werken met zowel interne als externe stakeholders.

Naast ervaring zijn ook motivatie, ownership en een proactieve houding belangrijk. Je denkt mee op strategisch niveau, maar voelt je even goed in het dagelijkse contact met klanten. Dankzij jouw commerciële drive en professionele aanpak slaag je erin duurzame relaties uit te bouwen en ambitieuze doelstellingen waar te maken.
