Wat zijn jouw taken?

  • Je staat in nauw contact met onze klanten in de tertiaire markt, dit zowel per telefoon als per e-mail.
  • Je gebruikt jouw verkoopvaardigheden om nieuwe diensten, oplossingen en producten aan te bieden aan onze klanten. Hierbij zet je promoties extra in de kijker.
  • Je analyseert de behoeften van de klant en stelt passende oplossingen voor.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve, commerciële en technische opvolging van offertes en bestellingen.
  • Je ondersteunt de vertegenwoordigers in commerciële en technische taken.
  • Dankzij onze opleidingen blijf je op de hoogte van nieuwe producten en trends binnen de residentiële markt.
  • Je werkt samen met collega’s uit alle afdelingen.
  • Je hebt ervaring in de technische buitendienst (elektrische sector)
  • Je kan vlot werken met de PC en digitale platformen
  • Je werkt graag in een team
  • Je bent klantgericht en begrijpt de behoeften van de klanten
  • Je gebruikt jouw technische expertise om de klanten optimaal te ondersteunen
