Deze firma is een solide en menselijke werkgever voor wie een mooie loopbaan wil uitbouwen in het ontwerp en de realisatie van innovatieve agrarische, hippische en industriële gebouwen. Eigenlijk bouwen ze alles. Ook voor een showroom, carwash of skipiste deinzen ze niet terug. Omdat ze hun betonpanelen en staalconstructies zelf maken, garanderen ze een superieure materiaalkwaliteit.

Elke medewerker vormt een belangrijke schakel in onze missie naar maximale klantentevredenheid. Dat betekent soms hard werken, maar daartegenover staat een fijne en ontspannen werksfeer waarin we alles met elkaar kunnen delen. Dat blijkt trouwens ook op hun maandelijkse drinks en vele gezamenlijke loop-, fiets-, kart- en motoruitstapjes.

Met sites in Tielt en Oudsbergen plukken ze de vruchten van zowel de West-Vlaamse onverzettelijkheid als de Limburgse hartelijkheid.

Je verantwoordelijkheden als account manager Wallonië.

  • Je bouwt een solide netwerk op met architecten en andere belangrijke spelers in de vastgoed- & projectontwikkelingssector.
  • Je treedt op als adviseur bij het ontwerp en de uitvoering van het project, rekening houdend met de eisen.
  • In samenwerking met de calculator vertaal je het idee van de klant in een concreet concept.
  • Je werkzaamheden richten zich voornamelijk op de regio's Antwerpen en Limburg.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Commercieel Directeur.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma in de bouw.
  • Je hebt een solide netwerk van vastgoed- & projectontwikkelaars, architechten...
  • Je professionele (reeds bestaande) netwerk versterken en uitbreiden zit in je natuur.
  • Advies geven en deals sluiten na onderhandelingen geven je energie.
