Ben jij een commercieel talent met een passie voor maritieme logistiek en wil je werken in een internationale omgeving waar ambitie, innovatie en klantgerichtheid centraal staan? Voor een wereldleider in de maritieme sector in Antwerpen zijn we op zoek naar een Account Manager/ Inside Sales Medewerker die een eigen klantenportefeuille beheert, uitbouwt en laat groeien.

In deze rol combineer je een scherpe commerciële drive met een sterke administratieve aanpak. Je bent zowel farmer als hunter, je bouwt duurzame klantrelaties uit én je spot actief nieuwe opportuniteiten in een dynamische en snel evoluerende markt. Een functie met echte commerciële verantwoordelijkheid, een sterk verlonningspakket en toegang tot meer dan 3.000 leer- en ontwikkelingsresources.

Wat ga je doen?

Commercieel & Key Account Management

  • Volledige commerciële verantwoordelijkheid opnemen voor een portfolio van key accounts, inclusief volumegroei op focustrades
  • Actief business laten groeien via farming én hunting en nieuwe opportuniteiten identificeren in een dynamische markt
  • Verkoopsdoelstellingen bepalen per account met duidelijke actieplannen
  • Proactief klanten contacteren en gezamenlijke bezoeken plannen met de Sales Manager
  • Het volledige productportfolio promoten en verkopen, inclusief maritieme diensten, value added services, intermodaal en digitale oplossingen

Tarieven & Administratie

  • Zorgen voor competitieve en tijdige tariefregistratie via FMC, AQUA en/of LARA conform regelgeving en interne vereisten
  • Offertes, tenders en biedingsbladen beheren en opvolgen via een efficiënt dagelijks werkproces
  • Zorgen voor geldige kredietovereenkomsten, nauwkeurige facturatie en tijdige betalingen
  • Eigenaarschap nemen over het oplossen van geschillen

Markt & Strategie

  • Marktopportuniteiten identificeren, marktaandeel ontwikkelen en bijdragen aan concurrentie-intelligence
  • Sterke en langdurige klantrelaties opbouwen om loyaliteit en performance te verhogen
  • Afstemming en communicatie bewaken met Trade Teams en interne stakeholders
  • Bij voorkeur een bachelordiploma in een logistieke of maritieme richting, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Vlotte beheersing van Nederlands en Engels is verplicht, Frans is een sterke troef
  • Sterke onderhandelings- en communicatievaardigheden met een klantgerichte mindset
  • Resultaatgericht en veerkrachtig in een snelveranderende en dynamische omgeving
  • Kennis van CRM-software, MS Office en maritieme producten en systemen
  • Proactief, zelfstandig en sterk in administratieve nauwkeurigheid
  • Oplossingsgericht met een hoge betrokkenheid bij een uitstekende klantervaring
