Impressa is een gevestigde waarde in de Benelux, met meer dan 50 specialisten en een sterke reputatie in kwalitatief drukwerk. Binnen het bedrijf groeit de vraag naar labels en etiketten sterk. Daarom zoeken we een accountmanager die bestaande klanten verder uitbouwt, nieuwe opportuniteiten detecteert en klanten begeleidt naar de juiste label- en etikettenoplossingen.

Jouw rol als Accountmanager Labels & Etiketten:

Na een praktische opleiding leer je de wereld van labels en etiketten kennen: toepassingen, productiemogelijkheden en klantvragen. Zo adviseer je B2B-klanten over passende label- en etikettenoplossingen.

Je werkt voor klanten in voeding, dranken, private label, industrie, chemie en packaging, waar labels belangrijk zijn voor productinformatie, verpakking, kwaliteit, leverzekerheid en merkuitstraling.

Je beheert bestaande klanten en nieuwe opportuniteiten, bouwt relaties uit en vertaalt klantnoden naar concrete commerciële projecten.

Concreet betekent dat dat je:

  • nieuwe opportuniteiten detecteert bij prospecten in de markt
  • relaties met bestaande klanten onderhoudt en verder uitbouwt
  • overlegt met aankoop, marketing, productie en operations om de juiste oplossing uit te werken
  • analyseert klantnoden en vertaalt die naar passende label- en etikettenoplossingen
  • een portefeuille beheert met een mix van bestaande en nieuwe klanten
  • offertes, testopdrachten en projecten commercieel opvolgt van eerste contact tot bestelling

Wie zoeken we?

Deze rol past goed bij een accountmanager die graag verkoopt op vertrouwen, inhoudelijk advies en langetermijnrelaties. Je hoeft geen etikettenspecialist te zijn, maar je moet wel zin hebben om je te verdiepen in een productomgeving waar kwaliteit, toepassing en klantadvies het verschil maken.

We zoeken iemand die:

  • commercieel sterk is en energie haalt uit klantencontact
  • graag relaties opbouwt en opportuniteiten ontwikkelt
  • zelfstandig, doelgericht en met gezond verstand werkt
  • vertrouwen weet op te bouwen bij klanten
  • denkt in oplossingen en meerwaarde, niet alleen in producten
  • interesse heeft in technische, grafische of productiegerichte omgevingen
  • professioneel communiceert, maar ook toegankelijk en sympathiek blijft

Ervaring in labels, etiketten, print, packaging, grafische toepassingen of een technische B2B-omgeving is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must. Belangrijker is dat je commerciële drive combineert met leergierigheid en een sterke klantgerichte ingesteldheid.
