The posting

Als Account Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor zowel bestaande klanten als nieuwe B2B-prospecten in Antwerpen en Limburg. Je bouwt klantenrelaties uit, focust op retentie en contractoptimalisatie en gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe accounts. We zoeken iemand met ervaring in B2B-buitendienstverkoop van diensten, commerciële drive en een zelfstandige werkhouding. Je krijgt een vast contract, elektrische bedrijfswagen, commissie, maaltijdcheques en een uitgebreid opleidingstraject.

Als Account Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verder uitbouwen van je klantenportefeuille en het realiseren van commerciële groei.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Je volgt bestaande B2B-klanten actief op en bouwt duurzame klantenrelaties uit.
  • Je focust op klantenretentie en het optimaliseren van bestaande contracten.
  • Je volgt inkomende leads en interne commerciële opportuniteiten op.
  • Je gaat actief prospecteren naar nieuwe B2B-accounts.
  • Je krijgt leads en commerciële tips vanuit verschillende kanalen, waaronder de techniekers en de zusterbedrijven Ambius en Initial.
  • Je analyseert de noden van klanten en denkt mee over passende Pest-Controloplossingen.
  • Je bouwt een eigen klantenportefeuille uit en onderhoudt deze op lange termijn.
  • Je beheert zelfstandig je agenda en plant je klantenbezoeken en prospectie.
  • Je begeleidt het commerciële proces van eerste contact tot verkoop en verdere opvolging.

We zoeken een zelfstarter met commerciële drive die verantwoordelijkheid neemt over zijn of haar resultaten. Je beschikt over:

  • Een bachelor werk- en denkniveau, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in B2B-buitendienstverkoop van diensten.
  • Ervaring met het verkopen van uitsluitend producten is minder relevant voor deze functie.
  • Een sterke commerciële ingesteldheid en overtuigingskracht.
  • Een proactieve houding en zin om actief te prospecteren.
  • Een hoge mate van accountability en resultaatgerichtheid.
  • Het vermogen om zelfstandig je agenda, klantenportefeuille en commerciële activiteiten te organiseren.
  • Een rijbewijs B.
  • Een zeer goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels.
  • Kennis van het Frans is een grote troef.
