Als Teil einer Unternehmensgruppe von Personaldienstleistern sind wir besonders erfolgreich und profitieren von gewachsenen Strukturen, geballtem Know-how und der Ausstattung der gesamten Gruppe. Jetzt starten wir in Linz etwas Neues und spezialisieren uns auf die Suche und Vermittlung von Angestellten. Für dieses Vorhaben suchen wir dich.

Du übernimmst Vertrieb und Recruiting aus einer Hand und gewinnst Kunden, verstehst ihren Personalbedarf und findest die passenden Kandidat:innen dafür. Bei uns kommt jedoch etwas Besonderes dazu. Du baust gemeinsam mit unserer Standortleitung den Standort Linz von Grund auf mit auf - nicht auf der grünen Wiese, sondern mit dem Rückhalt einer etablierten Unternehmensgruppe, die dir Strukturen, Prozesse und Ausstattung bereits mitgibt. 1 Account Manager (m/w/d) Vertrieb & Recruiting (White-Collar-Bereich)

Deine Aufgaben

* Aktive Neukundengewinnung und Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen in der Region Linz

* Bedarfsanalyse bei Kunden und Erarbeitung passgenauer Personallösungen

* Recruiting: Suche, Auswahl und Betreuung von Kandidat:innen für unsere Kundenunternehmen

* Führen von Vorstellungsgesprächen und Matching von Kandidat:innen mit offenen Positionen

* Aufbau eines lokalen Netzwerks aus Kunden, Bewerber:innen und Partnern

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Standortleitung beim strategischen Aufbau des neuen Standorts

* Verantwortung für den gesamten Bewerbungsprozess - von der Ansprache bis zur Vertragsunterzeichnung

Das bringst du mit

* Erfahrung im Vertrieb und Recruiting, idealerweise in der Personaldienstleistung

* Unternehmerisches Denken und Lust, etwas Neues aufzubauen statt zu verwalten

* Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und ein sicheres Auftreten

* Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigeninitiative

* Freude am Umgang mit Menschen - auf Kunden- wie auf Kandidatenseite

* Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere im Umgang mit MS Office

* Aufgeschlossenheit gegenüber dem Einsatz von KI-Tools zur Unterstützung im Arbeitsalltag

* Regionale Marktkenntnis in Linz/Oberösterreich von Vorteil
