Je komt terecht in een familiaal erkend sociaal secretariaat met 35 collega’s, verspreid over onze kantoren in Halle, Gent en Brugge. Dialoog, proactiviteit, klantentevredenheid en onze kernwaarden — mens, kwaliteit, transparantie, ondernemerschap en teamwork — staan centraal in alles wat we doen.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je bouwt actief een netwerk uit van klanten, prospects en partners.
  • Je prospecteert gericht en werkt mee aan de groei van onze klanten- en partnerportefeuille.
  • Je promoot Sodalis als kmo HR-dienstverlener en sociaal secretariaat.
  • Je analyseert je regio, bepaalt je aanpak en stemt af met je collega’s en de Managing Director.
  • Je vertaalt de behoeften van klanten en partners naar werkbare en competitieve voorstellen.
  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte opstart van nieuwe dossiers in samenwerking met Payroll Services.
  • Je denkt mee over onze salesaanpak en brengt nieuwe ideeën aan.
  • Je bent een STERKE NETWERKER die vlot vertrouwen opbouwt en kansen weet om te zetten in concrete samenwerkingen.
  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar commerciële ervaring in B2B of ervaring in HR met een duidelijke commerciële ambitie.
  • Je kent of voelt je thuis in de KMO-MARKT. Affiniteit met accountants is een pluspunt.
  • Je luistert goed, stelt de juiste vragen en vertaalt klantennoden naar PASSENDE OPLOSSINGEN.
  • Je communiceert OVERTUIGEND, DIPLOMATISCH EN PROFESSIONEEL.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, resultaatgericht en tegelijk graag samen met collega’s en andere afdelingen.
  • Je bent FLEXIBEL en verplaatst je graag naar partners, klanten, prospecten en regelmatig naar onze hoofdzetel in Brugge.
