The posting

Voor een externe preventiedienst actief in Limburg zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Business Development Manager met een sterke focus op new business.

In deze rol draag je actief bij aan de commerciële groei van de organisatie en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aantrekken van nieuwe klanten binnen het segment van grotere ondernemingen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je bouwt actief mee aan de commerciële uitbouw van het aanbod rond preventie en welzijn op het werk;
  • Je prospecteert gericht naar nieuwe klanten en focust hierbij op grotere ondernemingen;
  • Na de opstart van een nieuwe klant draag je het verdere beheer over aan het regiokantoor zodat jij je kunt blijven concentreren op het verwerven van nieuwe business;
  • Je analyseert de behoeften van klanten op strategisch niveau en vertaalt deze, samen met de operationele teams, naar geïntegreerde oplossingen;
  • Je werkt mee aan een hoge klanttevredenheid en ondersteunt waar nodig bij klantvragen of escalaties;
  • Je vertegenwoordigt de organisatie op netwerkevents en werkt mee aan commerciële en marketingacties binnen specifieke doelgroepen;
  • Je volgt marktontwikkelingen en trends binnen preventie, welzijn en HR nauwgezet op;
  • Je rapporteert aan de Sales Manager en draagt bij aan het realiseren van de vooropgestelde commerciële doelstellingen.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring;
  • Je hebt een sterke ervaring binnen B2B-sales, met een duidelijke focus op hunting en het binnenhalen van nieuwe klanten;
  • Je voelt je thuis in complexe en langere verkooptrajecten waarbij je relaties opbouwt met beslissingsnemers op C-level;
  • Je hebt affiniteit met HR, welzijn op het werk of de dienstverlenende sector;
  • Kennis van sociale wetgeving is een sterke troef;
  • Je bent een natuurlijke netwerker en haalt energie uit het openen van nieuwe deuren en het realiseren van commerciële successen;
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans;
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en weet complexe klantvragen om te zetten in duurzame oplossingen;
  • Je volgt ontwikkelingen binnen jouw vakgebied actief op en investeert voortdurend in je professionele groei.
