De onderneming is een toonaangevende internationale speler binnen vision care en investeert sterk in innovatieve oplossingen voor oogheelkunde en medische technologie.

In België wil de organisatie haar aanwezigheid binnen ophthalmology verder uitbreiden. Daarbij kan ze rekenen op de sterke merken, infrastructuur, expertise en innovatiekracht van een wereldwijde marktleider.

Om deze groei te ondersteunen, zijn we op zoek naar een commercieel gedreven Account Manager die actieve business development combineert met strategisch accountmanagement. Je helpt de markt in Vlaanderen verder te ontwikkelen en introduceert innovatieve technologieën en oplossingen bij oogartsen, oogklinieken en ziekenhuizen.

Jobomschrijving

De Account Manager Ophthalmology heeft de volgende verantwoordelijkheden:

  • De commerciële groei in Vlaanderen realiseren en ambitieuze verkoopdoelstellingen behalen.
  • Nieuwe klanten prospecteren en overtuigen, waaronder oogartsen, oogklinieken en ziekenhuizen.
  • Medische apparatuur en oplossingen verkopen en het volledige verkooptraject beheren.
  • Bestaande klantrelaties uitbouwen en duurzame strategische partnerships ontwikkelen.
  • De markten voor myopiemanagement, presbyopie en oogbescherming verder ontwikkelen.
  • Territorium- en accountplannen opstellen en verkoopkansen, forecasts en resultaten opvolgen in het CRM-systeem.
  • Installaties, producttrainingen en klantonboarding coördineren in samenwerking met de service- en optische teams.

De Account Manager Ophthalmology heeft het volgende profiel:

  • Je hebt relevante ervaring in sales, business development of accountmanagement binnen MedTech, eyecare of ophthalmology.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een achtergrond als optometrist en beschikt over een relevant netwerk in Vlaanderen.
  • Je bent een echte hunter die graag prospecteert, nieuwe accounts opent en commerciële groei realiseert.
  • Je hebt ervaring met solution selling. Ervaring met medische apparatuur of kapitaalgoederen is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent ondernemend, zelfstandig en in staat om een markt en commerciële strategie verder uit te bouwen.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatie-, presentatie-, onderhandelings- en relatievaardigheden.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
