Voor een organisatie die inzet op duurzame dienstverlening en maatschappelijke meerwaarde wordt gezocht naar een Account Manager Public. In deze rol bouw je langdurige relaties uit binnen de publieke sector en combineer je commerciële slagkracht met impact op mens en omgeving. Dit vanuit Berchem.

De functie inhoud Wat deze job als Account Manager Public inhoudt:

  • Beheren en verder uitbouwen van bestaande klantenrelaties binnen de publieke sector
  • Actief prospecteren naar nieuwe opportuniteiten bij overheden, scholen en andere publieke organisaties
  • Uitbreiden van de dienstverlening via gerichte cross- en upselling
  • Bewaken van omzet, marges en rendabiliteit binnen de eigen klantenportefeuille
  • Opvolgen van marktontwikkelingen en vertalen naar een eigen kwartaal- en jaarplan
  • Nauw samenwerken met interne teams zoals sales support, customer care en service
  • Zorgen voor een sterke, consistente en professionele klantbeleving

  • Zelfstandig en gestructureerd werkt, met een leergierige mindset
