Pour une entreprise reconnue dans le domaine de la brand activation, nous cherchons un.e Account Manager Retail pour couvrir la région Bruxelloie.

Vous aimez le contact direct avec les clients, vous êtes organisé.e, orienté.e résultats et à l'aise avec les chiffres? Alors cette opportunité mérite votre attention.

Un rôle qui combine des activités sur le terrain, analyse du marché et les relations clients.

Vous identifiez les opportunités commerciales, transformez les besoins des clients en actions concrètes et ajustez votre approche sur base de données fiables. Vous êtes actif(ve) sur le terrain, tout en gardant une vision claire sur les priorités.

Vos responsabilités

  • Développement de la relation client
  • Vous entretenez des relations solides avec vos clients existants et développez de nouveaux partenariats. Vous planifiez vos visites régulièrement, idéalement tôt le matin avant l'ouverture des points de vente.
  • Exécution en magasin
  • Vous veillez à la bonne visibilité des produits: placement stratégique en rayon, présence en zone réfrigérée et installation de présentoirs permanents.
  • Négociation et alignement des objectifs
  • Vous conciliez les attentes du client avec les objectifs de l'entreprise. Vous collaborez étroitement avec les enseignes, les grossistes et les équipes internes pour trouver les bons accords.
  • Analyse et priorisation
  • Vous vous appuyez sur les KPIs, les marges et les budgets pour prendre des décisions éclairées, définir vos priorités et vous anticiper les opportunités.
  • Plan d'action et gestion de budget
  • Vous gérez votre propre budget et élaborez un plan d'action structuré pour votre région.
  • Suivi et reporting
  • Vous assurez le suivi de vos visites dans notre CRM et partagez les informations pertinentes avec l'équipe.
  • Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec le Sales Manager Retail afin d'atteindre les objectifs fixés ensemble.

Votre profil

  • Diplôme de niveau bachelier ou master
  • Intérêt pour le secteur du retail/commerce de détail et affinité avec les marques de spiritueux
  • Approche proactive, structurée et orientée résultats
  • Aisance relationnelle et capacité à adapter votre communication selon vos interlocuteurs
