Ben jij thuis in de landbouw- en rundveesector, geef je graag technisch en commercieel advies op het boerenerf én krijg je energie van prospectie? Voor een toonaangevende, internationale speler in de agrarische sector (actief in kwalitatieve veevoeding en innovatieve landbouwoplossingen) zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Accountmanager Rundvee voor de regio Oost- en West-Vlaanderen.

In deze functie ben je het gezicht van de organisatie voor veehouders en runderkwekerijen in jouw regio. Je combineert diepgaand advies op het vlak van voeding, diergezondheid en rendement met een actieve commerciële aanpak om het marktaandeel in West- en Oost-Vlaanderen verder uit te breiden.

Zoek jij een zelfstandige rol in de buitenlucht waarin jouw passie voor de agrisector, vakkennis en netwerk direct het verschil maken op het landbouwbedrijf? Dan is dit jouw ideale uitdaging!

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je bezoekt veehouders en runderkwekers in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen, analyseert hun behoeften en geeft doordacht technisch en strategisch advies rond veevoeding, gezondheid en de optimalisatie van het bedrijfsrendement.
  • Je gaat proactief 'de boer op', spot nieuwe commerciële kansen in jouw regio en overtuigt prospecten van de meerwaarde van jouw oplossingen.
  • Je bouwt een duurzame vertrouwensband op met bestaande klanten door een nauwgezette opvolging en een deskundige service.
  • Je vertaalt de nieuwste producten, methoden en voedingsconcepten naar concrete toepassingen en resultaten voor de landbouwer.
  • Je organiseert je eigen agenda en werkgebied zelfstandig, volgt commerciële resultaten op en blijft op de hoogte van de evoluties binnen de landbouwsector.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een agrarische richting (bijv. Agro- en Biotechnologie, Landbouwingenieur of Dierenarts) óf gelijkwaardig door 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring in de rundveesector.
  • Grondige affiniteit met en kennis van de rundveehouderij en veevoeding.
  • Een uitgesproken commerciële instelling: prospectie schrikt je niet af, je stapt makkelijk op mensen af en bent doelgericht.
  • Sterke luister- en communicatievaardigheden om de noden van de veehouder haarscherp te detecteren.
  • Een zelfstandige, proactieve en georganiseerde werkhouding, gecombineerd met een fijne teamgeest.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands, met een goede passieve of actieve kennis van het Frans en/of Engels.
