Ben jij een commerciële relatiebouwer die energie haalt uit het adviseren van klanten in plaats van pure cold calling? De functie is open ter vervanging van een collega die na 7 jaar intern een nieuwe uitdaging aangaat, wat de stabiliteit binnen de organisatie nogmaals onderstreept.

Een goede klant in Ieper is op zoek naar een Account Manager die bekend is met SaaS. Deze speler is actief in verschillende sectoren, waaronder de entertainment sector, en staat bekend om hun wereldklasse in B2B oplossingen.

Je werkt met state-of-the-art applicaties en maakt een essentieel verschil in hun internationale groeiverhaal. Dankzij een open vloer leer je snel bij, dit verdeeld in sterke, dynamische teams per specialisatie. Naast hun onmisbare kennis, kom je ook terecht bij echte teamplayers die ook geen nee zeggen tegen een after-work. In de break room die tot in de puntjes is uitgerust een rondje aan de pooltafel zorgt alvast voor gezonde ontspanning!

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je beheert een bestaande klantenportefeuille (80%) en gaat 20% actief op zoek naar commerciële opportuniteiten. Met een consultatieve aanpak detecteer je verbeterpunten, begeleid je klanten naar nieuwe softwareoplossingen en realiseer je succesvolle upselltrajecten.
  • Je bent regelmatig onderweg naar klanten voor productdemo's, adviesgesprekken en het opstellen van offertes en aanbestedingsdossiers. Je fungeert als een echte sparringpartner die vertrouwen opbouwt op lange termijn.
  • Je vertegenwoordigt de organisatie op beurzen en netwerkevents en werkt nauw samen met interne sales- en projectteams om klanten de best mogelijke ervaring te bieden.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over minstens 2 jaar ervaring binnen accountmanagement, B2B-sales of een vergelijkbare commerciële rol. Ervaring binnen SaaS of software is een sterke troef, maar geen must.
  • Je bent een mature gesprekspartner die klanten op een heldere en overtuigende manier kan adviseren. Je bouwt duurzame relaties op en voelt je sterker in farming dan in pure hunting.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is mooi meegenomen.
