Als Account Manager in de verzekeringen maak je deel uit van het sales team. Je bouwt actief mee aan de verdere groei van onze klantenportefeuille in Vlaanderen, met focus op provincie Antwerpen en Limburg, en werkt nauw samen met het team van customer advisors. Om ons team regionaal in balans te houden, zoeken we een nieuwe collega.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je bouwt een duurzaam commercieel netwerk uit binnen de social-profitsector en aanverwante domeinen.
  • Je fungeert als vertrouwenspersoon voor jouw klanten en zorgt voor een uitstekende dienstverlening.
  • Actieve prospectie schrikt je niet af: je detecteert nieuwe opportuniteiten en vertaalt die naar concrete resultaten.
  • Je informeert klanten en prospecten over relevante evoluties in de verzekeringsmarkt.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan het behalen van de commerciële doelstellingen.
  • Je volgt dossiers nauwgezet op en handelt steeds proactief.

Ben jij enthousiast, gedreven en thuis in de verzekeringswereld? Dan leren we je graag kennen!

  • Je hebt een bachelor in verzekeringen of rechten of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je beschikt over minstens 2 jaar ervaring binnen verzekeringen, bij voorkeur in BOAR.
  • Je bent assertief, klantgericht en houdt van een no-nonsense aanpak.
  • Je werkt autonoom, toont initiatief en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, nauwkeurig en blijft kalm onder druk.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands; kennis van het Frans is een plus.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer.
  • Ervaring met Salesforce is een troef.
